Shipping Policy

Delivery is available only to valid addresses in the United States. Every U.S. order receives Free standard shipping, without an order-value threshold.

Shipment Visibility

A tracking number is supplied for each dispatched order. Carrier scans can require a short activation period before movement appears.

Fulfillment Window

We prepare an order in 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Address or Delivery Concerns

Enter a complete U.S. address at checkout and contact customer care promptly about damage, a wrong or missing item, or a delivery-status concern.

Cancellation, Returns, and Tax

An order can be cancelled before shipment. After dispatch, the Refund Policy controls returns and exchanges. Taxes are collected as required by applicable law.

Carrier Transit Estimate

Standard delivery is estimated at 4–6 business days after carrier acceptance. Weather, carrier capacity, peak periods, and an incomplete address can affect that estimate.
