Refund Policy
Our 30-day no-reason return and exchange standard begins when an order is delivered. Within that window, a customer may ask to return or exchange an eligible item without stating a reason.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
A customer may request cancellation before shipment. Once the order has shipped, this Refund Policy governs the available return or exchange.
Return Transportation Is Covered
We send a prepaid return shipping label, and the merchant pays the return cost for a change-of-mind or other no-reason request. The same merchant-paid arrangement applies to damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or other quality-issue merchandise.

Condition of an Eligible Return
Unless a quality issue is involved, return the item with its original packaging, accessories, and purchase evidence and without avoidable wear or damage. A defect or fulfillment error will be evaluated according to the condition received.
Exchanges and Refund Timing
An approved exchange is available in the same 30-day period. For a refund, we inspect the return and issue the approved amount to the original payment method; allow 5–10 business days after issuance for the financial institution to post it.
No-Reason Return Exclusions
Custom-made goods, clearance items or Final Sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for a no-reason return. Those limits do not restrict a customer's applicable rights when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.
