About Credit/Debit Card

Eligible credit and debit cards may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover, as displayed by the secure checkout. Issuer and checkout availability can affect which option is offered.

Authorization and Accuracy

Submitting an order can result in an authorization request to the payment provider. The customer must provide accurate details and have authority to use the method; a declined or unverifiable transaction can delay or prevent acceptance.

Payment Security

Shopify and the applicable payment providers process checkout data using their security controls. Customer care will never ask for a complete card number by email.

Tax, Cancellation, and Refund Credits

Taxes are collected as required by applicable law. Cancellation can be requested before shipment. An approved refund returns to the original payment method and generally posts in 5–10 business days after issuance, depending on the financial institution.
